Introduction


PerformanceHub manages your employee objectives and appraisal process online. Bringing everyone's objectives online centralises the data and allows you to see what's happening in real-time. It also allows much of the process to be automated, reducing admin for everyone.


These help pages are written as if you are using PerformanceHub in a company. If you are using PerformanceHub in a school, then the Company tab is replaced with School and CEO is replaced with Headteacher.


At the beginning of each review period, both you and your manager draft and agree objectives which are managed by PerformanceHub on the Objectives page.


At the end of the review period you and your manager review your performance in an appraisal. PerformanceHub manages this on the Appraisals page where you will also see all the objectives you had in that period.


Your company may also run Interim Reviews. These are mini check points for you and your manager to ensure that all objectives are still valid. When it's time to do an interim review, PerformanceHub will tell you and give you an interim review box to complete on your appraisal form.
