Bonus Objectives
When enabled by HR Admin, objectives can be marked as "Bonused"
HR can enable "Everyone is eligible for a bonus". If they do, then all employees can have bonus objectives. If this is not enabled, HR can choose which individuals in the organisation can have bonus objectives.
HR can enable "All objectives are bonus objectives". If they do, then all objectives an employee has form part of their bonus calculation (so a manager does not need to choose).
Only line managers can mark an objective as being bonused.
When enabled, the following icons can be shown against objectives, note if your organisation is set-up so that all objectives are bonused, then these icons are not shown.
If your organisation also has the Weighted Objectives feature enabled, then the objective weights, performance against each objective and the objective rating scheme are all factored into the bonus calculation.
