Success Criteria Configuration

When employees write objectives, an Objective Title and Description are asked for.

If you tick the Success criteria box in the Setup tab, then an objective's Description is expanded to include an additional box to capture success criteria. This can help employees write better objectives by encouraging them to think about how they will measure success.
