Objective Weights
When the objective weights feature is enabled, all objectives have a weighting. The objective weight is used to order the list of objectives, with the highest weight at the top of the list. The weight is also used when calculating overall performance against objectives. The higher an objective's weight, the more influence it has on overall performance.

An objective's weight can only be set by the manager. The total of all objective weights must add up to 100. Any objectives with a weight of zero will be highlighted with a red weight icon, like this
To set an objective's weight, click on the weight icon. Note that only managers can do this for their direct reports.
