One-to-One Meetings Set-up
If you would like your managers to hold regular one-to-one meetings with their direct reports, PerformanceHub can manage the process for you.
If you enable one-to-one meetings, then a new tab will be added to everyone's account so they can manage the meetings and record notes from each one.
Once enabled, you can set the default meeting frequency for the company, e.g. every 4 weeks. As a note, managers can override this default on a per direct report basis if they choose to.
Enabling one-to-ones will provide you with a new set of reports accessible from the Employees tab. Click here for more information.
